Role Summary:

As a Medical Staff Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier medical professionals to fill various positions within the Hospital, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Hospital’s HR department to understand staffing needs and requirements.


• Utilize various recruitment channels to attract and engage qualified candidates.


• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles.


• Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the interview and selection process.


• Maintain candidate databases and manage recruitment-related documentation.


• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably within a hospital setting.


• Familiarity with medical terminology and understanding of healthcare industry regulations.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
