We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day administrative functions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our organization.


REMUNERATION: N80,000-N150,000


Responsibilities:



  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence.

  • Provide support in various human resources functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

  • Assist in financial activities, including invoice processing, expense reports, and budget tracking.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve organizational effectiveness.

  • Handle inquiries and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, with exposure to HR and finance functions.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of HR and finance software is a plus.
