We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to manage financial transactions, analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Reconcile financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as needed.
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
Maintain accurate up-to date financial records
Audit and verify requisition
Calculate Company Tax
Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Forecast the financial implication of Develop and execute business plans that align with company goals
Conduct market research and analyse data to verify financial request
Lead and motivate teams to achieve business objective
Collaborate with other departments to support company-wide initiatives
Report financial statement to senior management
Travel as required to monitor projects and or meet with clients and stakeholders
Evaluate and manage financial risks associated with business development activities.
Candidates Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Proven track record in developing and executing business plans.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with market research and analysis tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel for project, client and stakeholder meetings.
