Education Qualification:
- equivalent of B.Sc. Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent Engineering (2.1). Professional Qualification:
- exposure to International Training standards and Assessment/Verification Guidelines. assessor or Verifier Qualification
Experience
- A seasonal technical professional with a minimum of 7 years with an Oil & Gas multi-national Operator or Service Company in a supervisory role in a Mechanical or Electrical or Instrumentation Maintenance. Minimum of 2 years active training experience, preferably in On-the-Job Training/Learning.

Functional/Technical:

- Able to operate independently of the central management location.
- Oil & Gas production operations or maintenance experience.
- On-the-Job Training, Coaching and Mentoring
- Broad spectrum of plant and process exposure.
- Preferably with a recognized certificate, or experience, in competence assessment ( to Level A1 / L9DI / V1 ).
- Classroom Training ability.
Experience with Auditing Behavioral:
- Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and still meet up with given deadlines.
