Plans and executes sales targets and activities in the branch for the portfolio of a unit to increase sales with all kinds of potential customers and to achieve defined commercial targets.
Responsible for developing and maintaining a distribution network comprised of agents.
Generating associated revenues in line with the company's strategy and objectives.
Contributing to better positioning of the company with the agents and customers through proactive anticipation of market trends and needs.
Driving together with the technical and operation teams the development of new solutions and services to the distribution partners and end customers.
Facilitate business development activities within the sector.
Develop a market analysis of the region and anticipate market developments.
Monitors and observes the brand and makes forecasts, identifying new trends ahead of the curve.
Participate in cross-functional projects in collaboration with the marketing, claims and collection departments.
Manage the performance of the Agency Managers.
Accountable and Responsible for managing people and direct reports.
Facilitate business development activities within the sector.
Provide accurate forecasts, updates, and report to line manager.
Accompany agents and managers in their B-to-B outreach.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience (with at least 3 years) in a sales leadership role.
First degree in any relevant course.
Demonstrated experience in sales and customer relationship management.
Proficiency and proven track record of managing an agency workforce.
Hands on experience in managing sales and marketing operations.
