Job Description



  • Plans and executes sales targets and activities in the branch for the portfolio of a unit to increase sales with all kinds of potential customers and to achieve defined commercial targets.

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining a distribution network comprised of agents.

  • Generating associated revenues in line with the company's strategy and objectives.

  • Contributing to better positioning of the company with the agents and customers through proactive anticipation of market trends and needs.

  • Driving together with the technical and operation teams the development of new solutions and services to the distribution partners and end customers. 

  • Facilitate business development activities within the sector.

  • Develop a market analysis of the region and anticipate market developments.

  • Monitors and observes the brand and makes forecasts, identifying new trends ahead of the curve.

  • Participate in cross-functional projects in collaboration with the marketing, claims and collection departments.

  • Manage the performance of the Agency Managers.

  • Accountable and Responsible for managing people and direct reports.

  • Facilitate business development activities within the sector.

  • Provide accurate forecasts, updates, and report to line manager.

  • Accompany agents and managers in their B-to-B outreach.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience (with at least 3 years) in a sales leadership role.

  • First degree in any relevant course.

  • Demonstrated experience in sales and customer relationship management.

  • Proficiency and proven track record of managing an agency workforce.

  • Hands on experience in managing sales and marketing operations.
