Job Description:


Energy Mall is seeking a motivated Administrative Engineering Intern to support our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity for individuals interested in renewable energy and sustainability to gain valuable experience in administrative tasks within the energy sector. The Administrative Engineering Intern will work closely with our team, providing administrative support and contributing to various engineering projects.


Key Responsibilities:


Documentation Management:



  • Assist in organizing and maintaining project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications.

  • Help ensure that all project-related documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.


Data Entry and Record-Keeping:



  • Input project-related data into spreadsheets or databases accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain records of project expenses, time sheets, and other relevant information.


Communication Support:



  • Assist with drafting and formatting project-related communications, including emails, memos, and reports.

  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and sending reminders.


Procurement Assistance:



  • Support procurement activities by researching vendors, obtaining quotes, and preparing purchase orders.

  • Assist in tracking inventory levels and coordinating deliveries as needed.


General Office Support:



  • Provide general administrative support to the engineering team.


Qualifications:



  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
