The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and networking skills, a passion for sales, and a proven track record in securing sponsorship deals for events.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential sponsors for various events, both locally and internationally.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Prepare and present compelling sponsorship proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate and close sponsorship deals, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the company and clients.
Collaborate with event organizers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship agreements.
Monitor and report on the performance of sponsorship deals, providing insights for future opportunities.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand your network and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sponsorship sales or a related field.
Proven track record in securing sponsorship deals for events.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking abilities and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
