We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee all operations of our flagship hotel property.
You will lead the hotel management team to drive revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and asset protection.
Responsibilities
Drive achievement of hotel revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction goals
Lead the management team in overseeing all hotel operations and departments (front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, sales & marketing, engineering, security, etc.)
Analyze reports on hotel performance metrics and take action to improve KPIs
Prepare budgets and approve expenditures for hotel departments
Build and nurture relationships with hotel guests to drive repeat visits
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards and safety regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management (preferred)
8+ years of progressive hotel management experience
Knowledge of revenue management principles and strategies
Strong leadership, communication and organization skills
Comfortable with technology and hotel management software
