Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.


• Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience


• Teaching certification or license in Music or Music Education.


• Demonstrated expertise in playing and teaching one or more musical instruments (e.g., piano, guitar, violin, etc.).


• Strong knowledge of music theory, history, and composition.


• Proficiency in vocal coaching and instruction (for vocal-focused positions).


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.


• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and self-expression.


• Familiarity with music software, digital audio workstations, and other music-related technology.


• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for teaching music.
