Job Summary



  • Provides support to the maintenance of office equipment. Responsibilities include clerical duties, coordinating office procedures, and assisting with daily office needs.


Roles and Key Responsibilities



  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and troubleshoot issues.

  • Handle all administrative duties including filing, photocopying, composing emails, and preparing documents.

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders when inventory runs low.

  • Provide front desk coverage, answering calls and directing visitors.

  • Provide beverages, meals, and snacks for office events and meetings.

  • Assist department teams with organizing, coordinating meetings and preparing conference rooms.

  • Support managers and employees with administrative tasks as needed.


Required Languages:



  • English; Hausa (kanuri is an added advantage)


Supervisory Responsibilities:



  • None


Key Working Relationships:



  • Internal: Head of Office, Administrative Assistant, Cleaners, Program Staff, Operations Staff.

  • External: Vendors and CRS partners.


Basic Qualifications



  • Senior Secondary certificate or equivalent experience.

  • 1+ years experience in an administrative role

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks.
