Role Summary:

As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care, and counseling patients on the safe and effective use of medications.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with prescriptions.


• Provide medication counseling and education to patients on proper medication use, dosage, and potential side effects.


• Monitor medication therapy for effectiveness and safety.


• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.


• Maintain accurate medication records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution.


• Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist in Nigeria.


• Proven experience working as a Pharmacist in a healthcare setting.


• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, including drug interactions and side effects.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.
