Role Summary:

As a Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, ensuring that production processes are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans to meet production targets and customer demand.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure smooth production operations.


• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as GMP and safety standards.


• Manage and develop production staff, providing training and guidance as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.


• Proven experience in pharmaceutical production management.


• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems.


• Excellent leadership and team management skills.


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
