Role Summary:


As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of patient care services at our healthcare facility in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. You will serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and other support staff to facilitate efficient and effective patient care delivery.
