Role Summary:

As a Research Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in conducting research and development activities to enhance the quality and efficacy of pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute experiments to develop new pharmaceutical products or improve existing formulations.


• Analyze data and interpret results to draw conclusions and make recommendations.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including chemists, biologists, and engineers.


• Document research findings and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.


• Stay updated on the latest advancements in pharmaceutical research and technology.

Requirements:

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.


• Proven experience in pharmaceutical research and development.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical product development (preferred).


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
