Job Summary:


The Head of Marketing is a high-level executive responsible for overseeing the marketing strategies for the organisation.He/she will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans that align with the company goals and objectives.


Responsibilities:



  • Know stakeholders – Community/Members, corporate, internal, and external.

  • Engage, liaise, and create rapport with all levels of stakeholders internally and externally

  • Plan, budget and execute community-related events.

  • Identify, plan, and execute social investment initiatives at the Branch level

  • Oversee planning to execution of launch events in the product

  • Increasing the company’s footprint within corporate spaces through wellness events/education and alliance.

  • Be the brand ambassador, that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and purpose to connect with the community at large.

  • Ensure a world-class member experience within and outside our clubs

  • Ensure brand, health and safety are adhered to during and around Company events

  • Team up with the operational, fitness and sales teams to support the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly objectives; and any other related duties that may be assigned to you.

  • Collaborating with related departments to reach targeted customers using innovative strategies

  • Improving brand recognition through organized marketing campaigns for the purpose of generating (targeted) new acquisitions.

  • Build and maintain the i-Fitness community of existing members. Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.

  • Monitor and report on feedback and member surveys/reviews

  • Interface with customers, conducting customer engagement initiatives, and ensuring customers are fully integrated into the Company


ATTRIBUTES:



  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients.


REQUIREMENTS:



  •  10 years experience as Head of Marketing or similar roles.

  •  BSc/BA in Marketing, Corporate Communications, business administration,or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.

  •  Must have Marketing, Branding,and experiential marketing..
