Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify and address maintenance issues.


• Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery.


• Coordinate with external vendors for facility-related services.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.


• Manage the allocation of office space and workplace layout.


• Handle facility-related emergencies and urgent issues.


• Maintain records of facility-related expenses and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management.


• Proven knowledge of facility operations and maintenance.


• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.


• Familiarity with facility management software is a plus.
