Job Summary


We are seeking a Business Development Lead to develop and execute strategies, products and services to increase revenue and profits. This successful talent will be responsible for driving strategy and a strong partnership pipeline to deliver impactful growth. Your tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Delivering sales revenue according to the assigned quota quarterly. Accurately forecast business deals to be closed. Maintain contact and opportunity information completely, accurately and in a timely manner. Prospect to establish new accounts or extend business in existing accounts. Attend and represent various business and industry meetings and trade shows. Have a comprehensive channel strategy/multi-point lead generation. Leverage all available networks and alliances to uncover additional sales opportunities.


JOB DESCRIPTION



  • Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients and their executives across our asset classes to understand their financial needs and preferences.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing proactive financial advice.

  • Manage diversified investment portfolios for corporate clients based on their risk tolerance and financial objectives.

  • Monitor and review investment portfolios regularly, making necessary adjustments to ensure alignment with clients' evolving financial goals and market conditions.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines pertaining to financial advisory services for corporate clients.

  • Track revenue generation to facilitate the achievement of the Group’s budget.

  • Monitor decisions on business development and measure their impact.

  • Coordinate all business development initiatives for the group.

  • Accountable for business development across the group, on weekly basis.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations/seminars to clients and prospects for business development purposes.

  • Examine business patterns, evaluate the fiscal statements, and assess potential competitors for clients’ businesses.


QUALIFICATION



  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or industry-relevant equivalent.

  • Membership of a relevant Professional Body is desirable.

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in B2B sales or BD, with a proven track record of negotiating and closing deals in the financial industry.

  • Experience in Equity Market is a PLUS
