• Bachelor’s degree 


• Lab science experience is required 


• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or Similar Role as an Administrator.


• Must be good with data collection and analysis


• Must be above average in handling computers, Networks and IT


• Good interpersonal skills 


• Must be able to multitask 


• Over 4 years work experience 


• Experience in management, business, operations and leadership.


• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including cash-flow management.


• Understanding of necessary legal and regulatory documents.
