JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


The  Digital Marketing & PR Officer will be assigned the following primary responsibilities, among others:



  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

  • Planning publicity strategies and campaigns.

  • Writing and producing presentations, articles, press releases and social media posts.

  • Designing or project managing the production of visual communications and digital content

  • Responsible for developing marketing strategies that build brand awareness and create a positive public image for clients


REQUIREMENTS



  • Minimum 3 years Digital Marketing & PR Experience.

  • Bachelor's degree/HND in marketing, computer science or other related courses with 2:1 and above

  • Create and maintain a positive public image for the individuals, groups, or organizations

  •  Media releases and develop social media programs to shape public perception of our clients .

  • Digital Marketing (use of mail chimp etc.).

  • Proven experience working in an office environment

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

  • Working knowledge of business management

  • The ability to multitask

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
