Job Description



  • Establish and maintain firm relationships with existing and new key clients in commercial banking and other financial institutions

  • Deal with both value-added resellers of  automation solutions and direct key customers during the complete business cycle and follow up project milestones in close cooperation with sales administration.

  • Develop and onboard new key channel partners and new direct customer accounts for commercial solutions in Nigeria while maintaining existing sales opportunities.

  • Maintain the primary and preferred interface with the end customer to create awareness.

  • Manage and build a solid sales pipeline of end customer projects in technology and see them to fruition.

  • Target-driven role with core revenue and order entry targets to be achieved during each fiscal year


Qualifications



  • Advanced Degree in Engineering or Economics (or related courses)

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in both hardware and software sales in Nigeria is a must.

  • Experienced in both direct sales and channel management

  • Strong client relationship management and networking skills

  • A pro-active result-driven initiative-taker who can operate both individually and as part of a team.

  • Distinctive analytical and structured approach

  • A consultative selling approach with demonstrated experience in this field is mandatory.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory; Yoruba is advantageous.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to merge Hardware and software based on Portfolio and non-fortfolio components to build a complete end-customer solution, with the assistance of presales, and technical  resources.

  • Firsthand experience in using Salesforce and similar forecasting tools.
