Job summary: 

As an accountant you are responsible for managing financial records, collaboratively prepare tax returns, and offer financial guidance to support informed business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.


• Resolve discrepancies, determining most appropriate methods to correct the discrepancies and prepare the correction.


• Performs bank reconciliation, investigate reconciling items and resolve it.


• Appropriately determine WHT Tax rate, charge and remit to relevant tax authorities on or before 21st of every, month following the month of transactions.


• Assist with audits and tax preparation as needed.


• Monthly review of trial balance.

Qualification.

• BSc Accounting or Finance


• Minimum of 3 years experience.

Skills

• Data Analysis.


• Proficiency with the use of Microsoft office suite and accounting software.


• Cost accounting and control skills.


• Report writing skills.
