Analyze equipment failure trends and identify areas for improvement.
Develop long-term strategies to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Lead and drive cross-functional teams to implement lean practices and continuous improvement projects.
Evaluate and adopt new technologies and methodologies to enhance maintenance efficiency.
Establish goals and targets to drive continuous improvement in equipment uptime, maintenance costs, and other critical metrics.
Maintenance of Blister, Sealing, Filling & Mixing, and Batch Coding machines.
Planning and coordinating the maintenance activities to ensure effective and timely repairs.
Collaborate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimum disruption to production schedules.
Knowledge of generator maintenance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field). Masters is an added advantage.
At least 10- 12 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical or Food/Beverage industry.
Relevant certifications in maintenance management are advantageous.
Extensive experience in maintenance management in a production or manufacturing environment, with a solid understanding of production processes, equipment reliability, and maintenance strategies.
