This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Executive Assistant at Ingenuity HR Solutions located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work.
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and other top executives, including managing schedules, arranging business travel, preparing reports and correspondence, maintaining records and files, and handling confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in an administrative support role
Excellent communication skills, including writing, proofreading, and editing
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity software
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as collaboratively with a diverse team
Experience with project management and event planning is a plus
