Job Description:

A Civil Site Engineer is a professional responsible for the on-site management of construction projects. Their duties may include:

• Planning, organizing, and managing daily activities on the construction site.


• Ensuring the quality of construction by following quality standards and specifications.


• Supervising and coordinating the work of workers and subcontractors.


• Ensuring compliance with safety standards on the construction site.


• Monitoring project progress, preparing progress reports, and reporting to project managers.


• Identifying technical issues and providing solution proposals.


• Managing material handling and inventory control on the construction site.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field.


• Proficiency in construction management processes.


• Strong communication and leadership skills.


• Familiarity with safety standards in construction projects.


• Experience and technical knowledge in construction site management.


• Having worked on an OBO project is preferred


• Proficient in MS Office Programs , Autocad


• Fluent in English
