RESPONSIBILITIES


Project Planning and Execution



  • Lead the development of project scopes and objectives, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and technical feasibility.

  • Manage all aspects of project execution, including timelines, scope, and budget, to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.


Quality Assurance and Standards



  • Implement rigorous quality control measures throughout the development lifecycle to uphold and exceed industry standards.

  • Ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations by maintaining a keen focus on quality .


Communication and Reporting



  • Provide clear and concise analysis and reports to management, keeping them informed of project status, risks, and opportunities.

  • Respond promptly to management inquiries and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders


Strategic Product Leadership



  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends, translating insights into actionable product features.


Innovation and Beta Programs



  • Drive innovation by running beta and pilot programs for early-stage products, gathering valuable feedback for iterative improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new and innovative ideas to fruition .


Competitive Analysis



  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor products, conducting thorough analyses to inform product positioning and differentiation strategies.


REQUIREMENTS:



  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

  • Proven track record in a similar role as a product and project manager.

  • Demonstrated success in managing the complete lifecycle of products, from concept to launch.

  • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams of varying sizes, driving them to successful project completion.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams and departments.

  • Above-average technical knowledge to facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical team members.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

  • Understanding of Agile project management methodology, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
