Mission/Core Purpose of the Job:



  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts with a focus on raising revenue for the company.


Role/Tasks:



  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

  • Design, build, and maintain all our social media presence.

  • Proficiency in video capturing, editing, and graphic design tools.

  • Develop engaging content across various platforms, including blog posts, social media, and video.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate copywriting and content initiatives with broader marketing campaigns.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms and best practices.

  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights.

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with similar brands and other vendor partners.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Sales/Marketing or any other relevant field.

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in digital marketing.

  • Proficiency in Google Trends, Google Analytics, and Keyword Planner.

  • Understanding of GA4 and website tags.

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

  • Strong client relationship management skills.

  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels.

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
