About the job



  • We are looking for a skilled Book Keeper for a farm, who will help to maintain our financial records, including expenses, purchases, sales, receipts and payments.


Minimum Qualification:



  • OND

  • Experience Level: Mid level

  • Experience Length: 1+ years


Responsibilities:



  • Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases.

  • Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances

  • Preparing employee wages

  • Managing employee expense claims

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

  • Generate customized report for management review.

  • Other duties that may be assigned.


Requirements:



  • Minimum academic qualification of OND in Accounting or any other related courses

  • Candidates should possess relevant work experience.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
