Job Summary


The Regional Supply Lead will be responsible for managing sourcing of buses, managing our bus supply and in ensuring that our users enjoy the service. You will have the amazing opportunity to be involved with every component of our game-changing transit deployments - from initial setup, daily process execution and continuous improvement, to our highest priority - serving the drivers who make our services possible.


Responsibilities



  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic fleet partnerships.

  • Oversee and manage the process of onboarding new vehicles

  • Oversee and manage the process of onboarding new partners

  • Create service level agreements (SLAs) between partners and the company.

  • Lead contract and pricing negotiations.

  • Measure, manage and improve partner performance against negotiated SLA's and quality metrics.

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing partners to drive service excellence.

  • Implement activities to drive partner engagement and retention

  • Ensure partner payments are done on time and in full.

  • Engage partners, conduct check-ins and risk assessments profiles for the partners.

  • Implement and lead regular partner business review meetings.

  • Creating and optimizing processes for Partner acquisition and evaluation that can be successfully adapted and modified for different locations

  • Create data-centric regular reports on company goals with automated real time dashboards that show performance metrics

  • Monitor supply performance, quality and operations metrics for assigned cities to ensure adequate supply and utilization

  • Create detailed and easily understandable presentations for varied purposes such as onboarding and training of new staff

  • Demonstrate clear understanding of Shuttlers’ offerings and be able to engage external stakeholders including government and regulatory agencies with minimal supervision. 


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent

  • 4+ years of supply experience with a proven track record of achieving supply targets.

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

  • Knowledge of industry trends and competition.
