Duties and Responsibilities



  • Prepare and present financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

  • Analyse financial data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations.

  • Conduct industry and competitor analyses to understand market dynamics.

  • Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities.

  • Assist in pricing strategies development and profitability analysis.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

  • Effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with different departments to gather information and provide financial guidance.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, economic conditions, and financial best practices.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast the company's financial performance.


Requirements, Skills and Competencies



  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other financial management related disciplines.

  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Solid understanding of financial set-up, procedures, statistics and economics.

  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.

  • MUST have completed NYSC

  • Adaptability to work independently and part of a team bringing in experts when needed

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships and team objectives.

  • Be able to think out of the box.
