Job Description

• Maintain a list of all properties in the company’s portfolio


• Ensuring efficient supervision of facilities in properties under management


• Supervise and coordinate procurement and safe delivery all goods and services


• Making sure that company properties are being used appropriately and well maintained.


• Making sure properties provide adequate returns on investment.


• Organizing and checking repairs.


• Managing tenants' and client’s complaints with excellent service


• Conducts complete detailed inspections of properties and prepares a complete report upon inspection.

Job Specification

• B.Sc in Estate Management from a reputable university


• M.sc in facility management/project management


• Must have managed multi-tenanted commercial properties


• Chartered membership of NIESV, ESVRABON, IFMA, RICS.


• 12 - 15 years experience in property/facility management (5 out of it in a managerial role).
