Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with relevant teams to execute and evaluate ongoing programs

  • Stay up to date with stakeholder engagement and take relevant follow-up actions.

  • Conduct research and carry out analysis on data generated.

  • Engage inprogram design and proposal development,preparing and presenting reports, and developing strategic recommendations.

  • Support the development of high-quality program materials, including training curriculum, brochures, toolkits, etc.

  • Evaluate processes, anticipate requirements, develop and implement solutions.

  • Document, benchmark, update, and implement standard procedures of key activities.

  • Monitor deliverables, report on emerging issues, and ensure timely completion of project activities.

  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly program reports and progress updates.

  • Other duties as assigned and agreed upon by your supervisor and the management


Skills and Requirements



  • BSc or BA Degree in relevant field, with 5years post NYSC experience in program development and implementation.

  • Strict attention to detail.

  • Effective time management

  • Demonstrated strength in program development and implementation

  • Results oriented

  • Capacity for independent thinking and ability to work with minimum supervision
