  • We are seeking a driven and passionate Project Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional visual branding experiences for our clients.

  • As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of branding projects and furniture making, from initial client consultation to project completion and handover.

  • will be a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.


Job Responsibilities



  • Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

  • Collaborate with production teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and budgets.

  • Develop project budgets, tracking expenses and resource allocation.

  • Monitor project financials, identifying cost-saving opportunities and potential overruns.

  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing to clients.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.

  • Coordinate with clients to ensure timely payments and address any payment-related inquiries.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and satisfaction.

  • Implement and maintain a rigorous quality management system, ensuring all project outputs meet or exceed quality standards.

  • Conduct quality checks at critical project milestones, addressing any issues promptly.

  • Collaborate with production teams, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree or HND

  • Master's Degree is an added advantage

  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the visual branding or marketing industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage client expectations effectively.

  • Proficient in project management software and tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Passionate about visual branding and its impact on businesses.
