General Responsibilities

Internal Sales Executive Responsibilities:



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients within your assigned territory.

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within your client base.

  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.

  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve individual sales targets.

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.


External Sales Executive Responsibilities:



  • Prospect and identify new leads through various channels.

  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve individual sales targets and earn attractive commissions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.


Performance Sales Executive Responsibilities:



  • Thrive in a high-pressure, commission-based environment.

  • Possess exceptional prospecting and lead generation skills.

  • Close deals consistently and exceed ambitious sales targets.

  • Enjoy the flexibility and earning potential of a commission-driven role.


General Qualifications



  • Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales role.

  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.


Salary



  • Internal Sales Executive: N40,000 - N50,000 / Month

  • External Sales Executive: N40,000 - N50,000 / Month plus commission
