Responsibilities



  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence.

  • Creating and maintaining an electronic archive of important documents.

  • Documenting and storing waybills, payment vouchers, receipts, and sales invoices.

  • Maintain organized records of all departmental documents for easy retrieval and reference.

  • Managing and monitoring all incoming and outgoing organizational files

  • Monitor and track stocks of office supplies, initiating orders as needed to maintain adequate inventory levels


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • 4+ years relevant wok experience.

  • Proven experience in administrative roles

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
