Job Description



  • As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of executive functions. This position requires a proactive and resourceful individual who can handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.


Job Responsibilities



  • Coordinate and manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Act as primary contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes.

  • Assist in maintaining client databases and ensuring accurate records.

  • Support the planning and execution of workshops, seminars, and client events.

  • Assist in processing invoices, expenses, and financial documentation.


Job Requirements



  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field with at least 2 years experience.

  • Previous experience working with a visionary leader OR demonstrates high natural abilities for organisation, initiative, time mastery, personal effectiveness and schedule management. (Reflective in a High C profile (DISC) or showing in Consistency, Discipline, Focus, Arranger, Analytical (on top 10 in her Gallup Strengths Finder Assesment).

  • Must be a social media savvy, with decent canva design skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
