As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of executive functions. This position requires a proactive and resourceful individual who can handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Act as primary contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes.
Assist in maintaining client databases and ensuring accurate records.
Support the planning and execution of workshops, seminars, and client events.
Assist in processing invoices, expenses, and financial documentation.
Job Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field with at least 2 years experience.
Previous experience working with a visionary leader OR demonstrates high natural abilities for organisation, initiative, time mastery, personal effectiveness and schedule management. (Reflective in a High C profile (DISC) or showing in Consistency, Discipline, Focus, Arranger, Analytical (on top 10 in her Gallup Strengths Finder Assesment).
Must be a social media savvy, with decent canva design skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
