Role Summary:


As an Occupational Therapist, you will help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working through therapeutic activities and interventions.


Responsibilities:



  • Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and range of motion.

  • Teach patients adaptive techniques and strategies to perform activities of daily living independently.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and treatment goals.

  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

  • Educate patients and their families about the benefits of occupational therapy and home exercises.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.

  • Valid license or certification as an Occupational Therapist.

  • Proven experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.

  • Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
