Job Descriptions

• Monitor and manage the organization's cash flow to optimize liquidity and working capital.


• Prepare accurate and timely financial forecasts to guide the organization's financial planning.


• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to be presented to executive team, highlighting key insights and recommendations.


• Oversee the operations of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.


• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.


• Create financial budget for the company


• Conduct financial trend analysis to identify and mitigate and make recommendations to the executive appropriately

Job Specification

• B.sc in finance or accounting/related field from a reputable university.


• M.sc/MBA will be an added advantage


• Professional qualification as a chartered account required - CPA or ACCA or ACA.


• 10 years’ experience as a Finance Manager (3 years of it in the Fintech space).

Note: FinTech experience is compulsory
