- Promoting the company's brand image and introducing company’s product to the market in line with achieving set targets.
- Anticipating new sales/marketing opportunities.
- Drive sales initiatives, activities, strategies and sales plan required to build brand visibility to ensure the team achieves its target.
- Build, develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.
- Recruit, train, retain and manage sales executives.
- Utilize a consultative approach to convert potential leads to satisfied clients.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A minimum of Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Social Sciences, Humanities or any other related field.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in Real Estate marketing and at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven record of achieving and surpassing sales target.
- Excellent understanding of terrain and field marketing.
- Must be target-driven and self-motivated.
- Great organizational and team player skills.
