Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Spa Therapist to join our team.


• As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments and services to our clients while maintaining a serene and welcoming environment.


• Your primary goal will be to ensure our clients' relaxation, rejuvenation, and satisfaction during their spa experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and other body treatments according to established protocols and standards.


• Consult with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and any medical conditions that may affect the treatment.


• Customize treatments to meet the individual needs of each client, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly sanitized and stocked.


• Provide information to clients about spa services, products, and promotions.


• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, including punctuality, appearance, and communication with clients and colleagues.


• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of clients and staff.


• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge of spa treatments and products.


• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive resolution.


• Collaborate with other spa team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.


• Maintain accurate records of client treatments and preferences, adhering to confidentiality guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role, preferably in a high-end spa or luxury hotel environment.


• Certification or license in Massage Therapy or Esthetics from an accredited institution.


• Proficiency in performing a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, and body treatments.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.


• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing personalized experiences.


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.


• Knowledge of spa products and their benefits.


• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.


• Ability to adapt to changing client needs and preferences.


• Physical stamina to perform spa treatments for extended periods.


• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
