Responsibilities



  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

  • Maintain admin related department records and reports

  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary

  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets

  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

  • Make recommendations to improve office policies as needed

  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters and packages)

  • Arrange travel and accommodations for staff when necessary

  • Schedule in-house and external meetings and events

  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance

  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 1+ years relevant wok experience.
