  • We are seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Wellness Facilitators. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accessible and confidential support to individuals, promoting overall well-being.

  • The position involves on-site and remote facilitation, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for participants.


Job Responsibilities



  • Conduct Wellbeing Sessions: Facilitate well-being sessions to support individuals in maintaining and enhancing their mental health.

  • Confidential Support: Provide accessible and confidential support to team members both on-site and remotely. Understanding of and commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality in all well-being interactions.

  • Adaptability: Adaptable to work in a dynamic environment such as a film production set.

  • Create Safe Spaces: Establish a secure and confidential space for participants to openly discuss their well-being concerns.

  • Promote Holistic Well-being: Encourage a holistic approach to well-being, addressing mental, emotional, and physical health.

  • Provide Resources: Offer relevant resources and information to empower participants in their well-being journey

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sessions, ensuring documentation adheres to confidentiality and privacy policies.

  • Access to Support: Ensure team members have the option to access support remotely or on-site.


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.

  • Wellbeing Facilitator Certification or equivalent. Individuals with experience providing well-being support are welcomed.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey well-being concepts and guidance.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and independence.

  • Experience in stress management and mental health support.

  • Ability to empathize and show compassion, creating a supportive environment for participants.

  • Proficiency in conducting well-being sessions remotely using virtual platforms.

  • Availability for the specified working hours.
