Assist the EORE officer in planning, executive, and monitoring EORE activities, ensuring alignment with national mine action standards and CATAI standard operating procedures.
Assist in data collection supervision for community-level survey activities, facilitating baseline/end-line data collection, and conducting knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) surveys.
Ensure the excellence of EORE sessions in communities through the application of CATAI Quality Assurance tools.
Conduct sensitization,awareness creation, and public information campaigns in coordination with the EORE team.
Attend and participate in relevant sector meetings, establish and maintain effective communication with the project partners, and engage in partner capacity assessments,
Maintain accurate records of project activities and output, ensuring the project monitoring database is consistently updated in accordance with CATAI procedures and any challenge with the line manager.
Promptly and timely submit reports to the line manager.
Prepare success stories and lessons learned for implemented activities.
Undertake any additional responsibilities by the line Manager.
Requirements
Job Essential:
2 years of experience in EORE activities and.
Experience working with children, adolescents, and adult audiences.
Languages: fluent in the community's local languages, with an advanced level of English
Computer literacy: advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
