Responsibilities



  • Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.

  • Maintain an accurate and comprehensive customer database

  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information

  • Confer with Lead, Client Experience to resolve customer complaints and dissatisfaction.

  • Go the extra mile to engage and satisfy customers

  • Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives. as well as informing customers about new product features and functionalities.

  • Participate in the development of new product marketing strategies to existing/ potential customers.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years' experience as a customer experience executive, or a similar customer support role.

  • Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information. Proficiency in MS Office, as well as CRM software.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client- centered approach.

  • Great organizational and time management abilities.

  • Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
