As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to produce insightful reports and disclosures.

Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data and ensure accuracy of reported information.
Perform variance analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
Support internal and external audit processes by providing documentation and explanations as needed.
Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and regulations, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
Develop and maintain financial reporting templates and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Requirements
Must have a minimum B.Sc Degree / HND in Finance
Must have at least 3-5 years of experience as Account Officerin an Asset Management company.
Preferred candidate should have a professional certification (ICAN, ACCA)
Excellent verbal and visual financial reporting skills.
