Accountabilities (Responsibilities)

• Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience.


• Assist in development of test plans to prove new products or improvements.


• Assist in developing inspection procedures related to manufacturability of products.


• Collaborate with team on marketing strategy for assigned products including literature, advertising, product sales training and support materials.


• Research to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.


• Participate in market data analysis for the development of sales strategies.


• Contribute to the performance of quality assurance controls on products.


• Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps.


• Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines.


• Liaise with the relevant department to ensure proper advertisement and positioning of new products.


• Monitor and report on users’ reactions after launching.


• Analyse competition.


• Handle aftersales support to clients.


• Work on Request for Quotes and source for best prices.


• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.


• Maintain an organized workspace and properly file documents, updates, and product information so it is readily accessible for reference and to answer questions.


• Regularly follow up with clients via phone calls and emails on price quotation sent.


• Flexibility to perform different tasks during the day and available to support other team members in daily activities.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field.


• 1-2 years’ experience in related field.


• Familiarity with market research, consumers’ behavior, and marketing techniques.


• Basic knowledge and experience with web technologies.


• Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
