Description 

• Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Refinery Operator to join our team at our chemical facility located in Ashipa Village, Ogun State.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor refinery equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes.


• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks on equipment to maintain optimal performance.


• Monitor process parameters and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards.


• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.


• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.


• Keep accurate records of production activities and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering or Technical Certification or vocational training preferred.


• Proven experience as a refinery operator or similar role in a chemical processing facility.


• Strong understanding of refinery processes and equipment operation.


• Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.


• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.


• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
