As a Project Coordinator at Mopheth Nigeria Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of various projects in our retail environment. We are looking for a candidate who excels in negotiation, possesses retail industry experience, and demonstrates strong project management skills.


Job Functions/Responsibilities



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and partners throughout the project lifecycle, from initial negotiations to project completion.

  • Utilize your negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with vendors, ensuring cost-effective solutions and timely project delivery.

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive measures to mitigate challenges and ensure project success.

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.

  • Conduct post-project reviews and evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Assist in the development of project plans, budgets, and schedules, and track project expenses and expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

  • Provide administrative support as needed, including document management, meeting coordination, and reporting.


Requirements/Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project coordination or a related role, with a focus on the retail industry.

  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and precision in project documentation and reporting.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Results-driven attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes and exceeding expectations.


Salary: N100,000 - 150,000/month.
