Summary

The candidate will ensure that all Electrical technical services are maintained operational during shift duty. Taking charge of entire technical assets in both factories, managing the engineering team, and supporting the Factory Manager and team leader in coordinating technical issues with Management and occupants.

Responsibilities

Key deliverables will be to:

• Manage and maintain electromechanical / utility services at the site with the help of a technical team.


• Actively participating & having hands-on experience dealing with electrical issues, Motor connections/ testing, and Electrical Panel maintenance.


• Implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM).


• Conduct inspections at the site regularly to check for risk/defects areas.


• Review work of subordinate staff and provide guidance when needed.


• Ensuring the documentation, checking, and follow-up of the assets under the defect liability period and AMC/CAMC(Annual Maintenance contract) in a tracker.


• Maintaining service level agreements and keeping performance indicator scores above excellence.


• Overseeing all vendor activities, and timely follow-up with vendors till the completion of the activity.


• Planning and implementation for energy conservation.


• Ensure monthly readings sheet with occupants and ensure all check-sheets and logbooks are being filled properly as per the schedule.


• Maintain history cards for all equipment.


• Attend to major complaints & escalate to senior & coordinate with technical staff if necessary.


• Conducting a risk assessment of the site operations and working towards mitigation of highlighted inherent risks and conducting root cause analysis in case of system failure and breakdowns.


• Create corrective, preventive, and emergency response action plans.


• Maintain engineering and other reports like DMR( Daily monitor Report) and MMR(Monthly monitor report).


• Facilitate the services under the Slogan “No Safety No Work”.

EXPERIENCE / ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum of 3 years working experience in a FMCG setting.


• ND/TRADE TEST 1, 2, 3/Technical Certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering


• Minimum National Diploma- Electrical Engineering


• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing facility in electrical maintenance.


• Coordination skill with others.


• Reporting skill for material, breakdown.
