  • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.

  • You will play a crucial role in promoting our products, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities



  • Promote and sell all our products to prospective and existing customers.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.

  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

  • Continuously improve through feedback.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.

  • Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed.

  • Collect and report customer feedback and market insights.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products.

  • Participate in sales training and development programs.


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years work experience in Sales.

  • Experience in the Skincare/Self Care & Lifestyle sector is a plus!
