We are looking for a qualified HR Business Partner to work closely with the Group HR to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they align with business goals.
Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management.
Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and objectives
Assist in recruitment and selection processes
Work closely with Group HR to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems for all employees
Manage employees relations including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Provide periodic HR reports to the group HR through HR metrics
Identify employee training needs and implement training calendar
Ensure the maintenance of up to date employee database management system
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Assist with compensation and benefit processes
Job Requirements
B.Sc Degree in Human Resources or related field
Candidates must have 5-6 years experience
Relevant professional certification ( CIPM,CIPD,etc)
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best pratices
People oriented and result driven
Execellent verbal and written communication skills
